At Scent Garden, your satisfaction is very important to us. We take great care in ensuring that every product you receive is authentic, fresh, and in perfect condition. However, due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are only accepted under specific conditions as outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Customers must notify us of any issue within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photo or video evidence of the problem.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used perfumes, body sprays, oils, or any other personal care items.
Additionally, items purchased during sales or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved, we will notify you by email or phone.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Exchange Policy
If the product is verified to be defective or incorrect, you may choose between a replacement or a store credit for the same value.
